Who Am I (What’s My Name)?
Feel Good Inc.
What makes me the right therapist for you? Well, let me tell you what I’m all about!
I love helping others recognize their strengths and create a sense of self-worth rooted in compassion, growth potential, and genuineness. When clients have an “Aha!” moment of realizing what’s within their control and finding power in their own agency and identity, it gives me goosebumps and fills my heart with joy. I focus on being a validating, uplifting, affirming, and reassuring voice while also providing proper space to heal deep wounds and learn from past missteps. And above all, I love providing a safe and authentic space for clients to be true to themselves.
I deeply treasure the sacred relationship between client and therapist. It’s so essential to me that each client feels heard and respected, and I love customizing treatment goals that fit each client’s exact needs. I regularly check in with clients on their perceptions of their progress in treatment, and I am always open to adjustments and edits as we go.
Do we sound like a good fit? I’m the world’s worst chameleon, so let me assure you whatever vibe you get from me here is the vibe you will get in our work together.
